Full Moon in Scorpio – Emotional Intensity

May 10, 2017 there will be a full moon in Scorpio.  Full moons bring completion, culmination, accomplishment, fulfillment. They are also a time of gratitude.  The idea that something has come “full circle” in a way.

Scorpio is the most intense sign of the zodiac. Dramatic, deeply emotional. Ruled by Mars and Pluto.  Mars, the sign of aggression, fighting, male dominant energy. And Pluto, the sign of death and rebirth.  No wonder it’s an intense sign capable of such deep emotions.

There may be some drama on and around May 10.  The energy of a full and new moon can be felt 2-3 days before and after the time it’s exact.  You may also experience some deep emotions about something.  Passion and lust (Scorpio is a highly sexually charged sign) or something you want.  It can be about anything…but it’s likely to be felt in an extreme way.

Go with it.  The moons cycle for all of us to teach us things and to force us (to a degree) to face certain aspects of ourselves, of our lives and of those around us.   Remember, if it’s something difficult or emotionally draining…the fastest way out is through.  Breathe through it and ask that you are taught what it is you need to learn, fully and completely for your highest good.

The sun is in Taurus, which is grounded and stable. A little stubborn at times, but for the most part, a sensible grounding energy. So if you feel pushed and pulled by the energy of the moon…try to remember that there is stable energy around you, too.

Scorpio moon you are intense, please don’t make my days a mess, guide and bless me with lessons true, help me grow strong and new…
